Items:
Items increase your stats in two ways: according to a multiplier as well as by adding a fixed number of stat points. For example a Longsword will double your raw strength stat and add 10,000 to your strength stat, so if your raw strength is 5,000, equipping the Longsword will boost this stat to 20,000.

Upgrading items:
All items except rings can be upgraded to increase their stat boosts. Items are initially level 1 and can be upgraded with gems to a maximum of level 5.
Level 2 items have their multiplier increased by 50% for swords, gloves and amulets and by 20% for shields, armour, boots and helmets.
Level 3 items have their multiplier increased by 100% for swords, gloves and amulets and by 40% for shields, armour, boots and helmets.
Level 4 items have their multiplier increased by 200% for swords, gloves and amulets and by 70% for shields, armour, boots and helmets.
Level 5 items have their multiplier increased by 300% for swords, gloves and amulets and by 100% for shields, armour, boots and helmets.
In addition to this, items receive a base stat increase.
Level 2 items have their base stat increased by 100%.
Level 3 items have their base stat increased by 200%.
Level 4 items have their base stat increased by 300%.
Level 5 items have their base stat increased by 400%.
Upgrades cost 5000, 10000, 15000 and 20000 gems for levels 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Downgrading an item will give you 2500, 5000, 7500 and 10000 gems for levels 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Once an item has been upgraded it can't be sold. To sell it, you must first downgrade it to level 1.

Kingdoms:
An attack takes place in several waves during which units take turns attacking eachother.
First wave: The attacker's catapults attack the defender's walls, towers and moats. Damage is divided amongst the three.
Second wave: The defender's catapults attack the attacker's catapults. Third wave: The defender's tower attack the attacker's archers and soldiers. Damage is divided amongst the two.
Fourth wave: The attacker's archers attack the defender's archers and soldiers. Damage is divided amongst the two.
Fifth wave: The defender's archers attack the attacker's archers and soldiers. Damage is divided amongst the two.
Sixth wave: The attacker's soldiers attack the defender's moats, walls, towers, soldiers, archers and catapults. Damage is done in this order.
Sixth wave: The defender's soldiers attack the attacker's soldiers, archers and catapults. Damage is done in this order.
An attack is successful if all enemy defenses and army are destroyed.

The number of resource-producing buildings your kingdom may have is limited. Your king's level or leadership skill determines the maximum number of these buildings you may have. You are allowed to build 25 of each resource-producing building for every 1000 levels or 21 of each for every leadership skill point, whichever is higher.
The maximum size of your army is determined only by your leadership skill. You are allowed 700 of each unit type and 700 of each defensive structure for every leadership skill point.

Jousting:
Jousting items give 3 different stat boosts: damage, speed and defense which range from 5 to 100. However your stats during a joust are different. Your damage during the joust is calculated by the formula: damage*speed and your defense during the joust is defense^2. For example if your lance gives a stat boost of 20, your horse gives a speed boost of 25 and your shield gives a defense boost of 30, your damage in a joust will be 500 and your defense will be 900.

Earning gems:
  • Completing surveys - one of the easiest ways to earn gems is to fill out some simple surveys or offers, most of them being free.
  • Referring new players - Send the referral link found here to your friends. If they sign up using this link and reach level 1,000 you will receive 250 gems. Additionally you will receive gems 1000/2000/3000 gems every time a player you have referred buys bronze/silver/gold membership. If a player you referred buys gold membership every month for a year you will end up with 36,000 gems.
  • Fighting NPCs - every time you fight a monster there is a chance you will find some gems. (PS. this chance is the same regardless of which NPC you are fighting).
  • Buying them with PayPal - for 5$ you will receive 5,000 gems.
  • Log in - yes, it's that simple. Log in every day and you will receive a reward of gold or gems.
